Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship via USPS and/or UPS. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight for orders under $75.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Delayed Packages RENEWD is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us at renewd0506@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
